    Are you looking for your next new and exciting opportunity as a Customer Support Coordinator in the Richmond Hill area?

    Our client who is known nationally in the optical industry is looking to add to their team! They are seeking a Customer Support candidates who have experience with fast paced environments, data entry and the ability to maintain follow up schedules.

    The main purpose of this role is to have someone who can hit the ground running. Our client is operating at a fast pace and are looking for candidates who operate well independently as well as within a team.

    The head office is located in Richmond Hill, however, this role is a Work from Home opportunity. You will be provided with all necessary equipment (laptop, etc).

    Responsibilities
    - Entering accurate data into the system
    - Generating reports and estimates from an ERP system
    - Constant follow up communication with clients
    - Effectively prioritize workload/time
    - Monitoring the order process from start to finish
    - Ability to address any situation in a timely manner and provide solutions

    Qualifications
    - 0 - 2 years of customer service related experience
    - Experience with order entry ERP systems is a must
    - Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    - Proven attention to detail
    - Strong organizational skills
