Responsibilities
Role Accountabilities
• Perform day to day project coordination activities to support the project and/or program such as organizing meetings, collecting information for status reports, and writing meeting agendas and minutes to enable successful completion of projects safely, with quality, within budget, and on time.
• Assist the project manager in performing financial tasks such as preparing accruals and forecasts by gathering the required financial information, monitoring budgets and actual spending, tracking forecast revisions, updating reports, and coordinating the forecasting development process to support the achievement of the project objectives.
• Organize and upload to document sharing sites, project and/or program materials such as IT Delivery Standard Practices (ITDSP) deliverables using document management systems to ensure easy retrieval, safeguarding, and version control.
•provide coordination support for IT projects and/or programs or the IT component of business projects and/or programs enabling successful completion of projects safely, with quality, within budget, and on time.
Qualifications
1: Must have a minimum three (3) years of directly related work experience in a complex IT project environment or equivalent.
2: Must have basic IT computer related skills
3: Must have Intermediate skills in using computer applications such as SharePoint and MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, One note)
4: Cybersecurity experience an asset
5: College level program completion in Technology, Business, Communication or related discipline an asset
