- Monday to Friday 4pm to midnight
- Salary 18-20$/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Responsible for checking in drivers and entering orders in the in-house system
- Billing follow ups and dealing with any other tasks within the office
- Goes through all of the driver’s bills to verify that all the bills match to what is written on the driver’s run sheet
- Verify with the driver if there were any no freights attempted pickups or accessorial while doing there pickups and note it on the driver’s cover sheet
- Once the bills have all been verified and submitted, the driver check in associate then stamps the driver’s run sheet with a received stamp with the current date and then signs their initials
- If any bills are missing, the driver check in associate will not stamp the run sheet until the driver has brought in the proper paperwork or the driver must notify the driver check in associate if there were any issues with pick up to report.
Qualifications
- Experience working in transport industry is an asset
- Good computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- 1 year experience in data entry or administrative
