Responsibilities
- Enter data into our computer records and reports.
- Prepare details for billing.
- Order prep and bill making.
- Perform basic secretarial duties such as answering phones and transferring to appropriate coworker as well as directing visitors and staff.
- Verify work orders to assure no discrepancies.
- Organize daily paperwork.
Qualifications
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Great organizational skills
- English with a functional French or French with a functional English
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to pay close attention to details.
