Responsibilities
Accurately create freight bills for shipments.
Check Driver Sheets thoroughly for completeness and accuracy.
Manage the full Driver Check-In process.
Create manifests for outbound freight, ensuring all details are correct.
Communicate effectively with carriers and customers as needed.
Scan paperwork into our in-house system, maintaining organized digital records.
Perform filing duties to keep physical documents in order.
Be willing to work occasional extended hours as required to meet operational demands.
Perform other duties as required to support the team.
Qualifications
Grade 12 graduation is required.
Possess at least 1 year of experience working in an office environment.
Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential for this role.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Good analytical and mathematical skills.
Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail are paramount.
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
