**ATTENTION ALL NEW GRADUATES!** I am seeking junior/entry level office administrative opportunity for candidates seeking a full time in the business sector within the Mississauga region. If you had recently completed your education in General Business/Office Administration or Accounting & Finance, we have the right role for you! Having trouble finding an opportunity that will kick off your career? Luckily enough we are looking for support in joining one of our large Auto Financial clients! As a Data Entry Clerk you will be responsible for establishing key relationships with Dealers and new customers and are essential in analyzing and processing applications for our customers.

Locations: Mississauga (near square one)

Key Duties and Responsibilities as a Data Entry Clerk includes:
- Generating and reviewing documentation
- Overall administrative support for the sales team and management
- Payment posting and payment reversal of customer transactions
- Dealer investigation and administration
- Post close review of funded deals
- Answering customer service calls

Qualifications
As a Data Entry Clerk we look for:
Education & Experience
- Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting or Finance or High School Diploma
- 1-3 years administration experience preferred
- 1+ year experience in a similar industry preferred but not required (subprime automotive segment, banking, equipment financing, merchant cash advance, etc.)

Skills we look for as a Data Entry Clerk includes:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy in a fast paced
- Confidence in problem solving, negotiating and decision making
- Creative thinking
- MS Office
