    Do you enjoy working in a fast pace environment? Do you have a keen eye for detail? If your answer is yes then we are looking for you! We are currently recruiting for a Data Entry Clerk to join a growing team in Toronto within the information technology space. The ideal Data Entry Clerk is someone who is extremely organized and able to manipulate small pieces of data with accuracy. The Data Entry Clerk will act as a key player within the business operations.

    This is an awesome opportunity for someone who is looking to gain a new skill set and is open to a short term contract. We are looking for someone to join the Toronto team as soon as possible.

    Responsibilities
    What YOU will be doing as a Data Entry Clerk:
    -Preparation of documents for scanning by removing of staples and bindings to ensure efficient document processing
    -Verify the accuracy of documents scanned
    -Entering data into various legal and medical software
    -Quality Control for proper resolution and overall quality of documents
    -Printing and assembling of documents into various bindings
    -Sorting and organization of medical files for proper storage
    -Working with colleagues in a team environment

    Qualifications
    What YOU bring to the role of the Data Entry Clerk:
    -1-2 Year of Data Entry experience
    -Adobe is considered an asset
    -Extremely organized
    -Warm, friendly and professional communication style
    -Detail-oriented
    -Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
    -Flexible, easy-going, open to learning
