job description

Our client, a leading accounting firm, at their office in Richmond Hill is looking for data entry candidates. You will work full-time hours and earn up to $18 per on a 2-weeks contract (with the possibility of extension), and be responsible for the following:

• Input alpha numeric information in various databases accurately.
• Fast and accurate alphanumeric data entry
• Search Infodirect software for donors with incomplete address information.
• Track productivity on logsheets and submit to Team Coordinator on a daily basis.

• Able to key at least 40wpm.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy level required
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to learn in-house system quickly
• Ability to read various written forms
