Responsibilities
Enter data from various sources into the software accurately
Review and verify the entered data for completeness and accuracy
Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in the data to maintain accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection guidelines while handling sensitive information.
Organize and prioritize data entry tasks to meet deadlines and requirements.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.
Keep records of completed work and report any discrepancies or issues.
Communicate with supervisors or team leads to clarify data requirements.
Contribute to process improvement by suggesting ways to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
AEC/DEC in Accounting (an asset)
1-2 years of experience
Experience working with Great Plains or other ERP systems(an Asset)
Proficient with Excel and software systems
Bilingual
