Schedule: Mon to Fri 8 to 4:30 or from 9 to 5:30 *onsite only*

Responsibilities
Accurately input data entry
Enter documents and client information in our database
Scheduling pick ups
Prepare & update various reports
Qualifications
Bilingual; English & French
Detail oriented
Proactive, organized, able to multitask.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Must maintain a high level of professionalism
Ability to communicate and respond in an effective and professional manner
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to use judgment and tact when dealing with general inquiries
Superior Customer Service Skills
Ability to handle a high volume of work in fast-paced challenging environment
