Responsibilities
Accurate Data Management: Input and maintain accurate data in internal and external systems to ensure up-to-date information and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Timely Processing: Ensure prompt and accurate processing of transactions and requests within agreed timelines to meet service standards.
Team Collaboration: Assist team members and undertake general administrative duties to support team objectives and deliver a professional service.
Quality Assurance: Validate and verify data for accuracy, ensuring high-quality documentation and compliance with operational standards.
Qualifications
-Data Entry experience within an insurance or financial company.
-High-speed keyboarding skills
-Excellent written and communications skills
-Able to work Mondy to Friday at the office (Downtown Toronto)
