Randstad is now looking for a Database and Admin Coordinator. If you love working in the non-profit sector and have experience with fundraising and updating donor records please apply!

******* This is a 2-3 month contract position **********


• Overall management and accountability for the fundraising databases.
• Ensure data entered into databases is accurate.
• Daily donation processing for gifts that come in online, over the phone, via the mail or in person.
• Produce accurate and timely reports for staff as needed.
• Develop queries and exports within databases to extract accurate data, based on staff needs.
• Analyze data to make recommendations and reports on fundraising campaigns.
• Produce official donation receipts in accordance with CRA regulations.
• Maintain accurate records around daily donations and receipts as well as reconciliations.
• Maintain and manage all donations and fundraising initiative tracking codes.
• General office admin duties.
• Accounting support duties.
• Fundraising event coverage as needed.

Skills and Requirements

• Great attention to detail: if something isn't right, you notice it.
• Experience in the non-profit sector (Preferred)
• Understanding of databases (configuration, administration, security, queries, exports & reports).
• Strong administration skills
