    The Assembler is responsible for window assembly and any other duties as required.

    Shifts Available:

    Day: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 6pm

    Responsibilities
    -Assembly and packaging of windows and window components
    -Read Shop, Frame & Parts drawings
    -Read a Tape Measure – Metric and Standard
    -Operate Hand Tools; Screw Gun, Drills, and tools - Drive screws without breaking them
    -Cleaning of assembled frame
    -Other general duties as required by the Manager / Supervisor / Lead Hand"

    Qualifications
    "Must have a car (not easily accessible by public transport)
    -Must be able to lift 50 lbs (they will be utilizing automatic or manual hand tools
    so they should be able to lift those and drive screw into the frame repetitively)
    - able to communicate and understand basic instructions
    -If they have warehouse/ General Labour experience it is an added bonus
    -Operate manual or semi-automatic hand tools
    -Ability to use/read a tape measure
    -Lifting up to 50 pounds
    -Experience working in a plant/manufacturing environment is an asset but not necessary"

    Summary
    Training/ ongoing support is provided for all the job duties. If you do not have the experience but are willing to learn- we would love to hear from you.
