-Leader of High Performing Engineering Teams with a Continuous Improvement culture
-Developing Strategies for highly reliable project designs
-Costing and Estimating consultancy projects
-Budgeting the MEP construction cost for the consultancy project
-Promptly and accurately respond to Customer and Prospect requests for information.
-Ensure that information is stored correctly and retrievable easily
-Project Management, Custom Components
-Attend meetings, respond to RFIs, and prepare drawings package submissions.
-Prepare project specifications.
-Prepare project schedule and resource planning.
-Design and engineering of custom and modified components and equipment

Qualifications
10+ years’ experience in application mechanical and electrical engineering in an MEP contractor environment. Consultancy experience is also welcomed.
An undergraduate degree in Engineering or higher
5+ years of Engineering Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
Strong Planning and Organizational skills
Ability to develop key metrics for engineering and disciplined focus on maintaining KPI data
Project management experience with construction or consultancy projects, PMI training, or certification as an asset
Ability to lead and manage change within an organization
Analytical skills appropriate for effective and proactive management of financial and operational metrics
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
