Our large enterprise Calgary client has an immediate requirement for a C# .NET Developer to help on an existing project on for an initial 9 month contract engagement starting in May 1, 2019.

Essential Skills:

1. Strong understanding and hands on experience with client-side technologies including JavaScript MVC frameworks such as BackboneJS/Angular/React, jQuery, JSON, REST, OAuth2 HTML5, CSS3, and Sass (minimum 3 years). Priority will be given to those individuals with prior Angular experience.
2. Hands-on experience with server-side technologies, distributed architectures, C#, ASP.NET MVC (or ASP.NET Core), and Oracle (minimum 4 years)
3. Proven experience with SQL and PLSQL (minimum 4 years)
4. Proven experience working in an Agile project methodology (minimum 2 years)
5. Excellent communication skills: written and verbal.
6. Able to collaborate with clients and Information Technology professionals.
7. Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
8. Applied User Experience and User Interface Design including a strong understanding of Wire framing concepts (experience with Balsamiq or similar wire framing tools).

Desired Skills:
1. Knowledge of Microsoft Patterns and Practices
2. Experience with Javascript Mocking Frameworks
3. Unit Testing, Usability Testing, Functional Testing, Load Testing
Experience using:
4. Visual Studio IDE
5. TFS Source Control and ALM
6. SoapUI (or similar)
7. QUnit/Jasmine (or similar)
8. Previous experience developing in MVC JavaScript client side frameworks and .NET Core services
