This position is part of the Digital Transformation team whose mission is to provide tools, frameworks, platforms, documentation, and expertise on Digital technologies, in order to help other IT teams to accelerate the development of projects for their business users.
The team is specialized in Identity and Access Management and works mainly on supporting SG employees worldwide. We work in close collaboration with the Amer, Asia and Paris teams.
We are looking for a developer that will help the different teams that we work with in the implementation of SSO and automation of some processes.
Responsibilities
Main tasks:
1) Onboard and help the group application to implement SSO:
- Be single point of contact to onboard application on IAM solutions (SSO + IAM)
- Follow the progress of the integration
- Capture the requirements of users to ease the adoption and push it to the Product Owner
2) Support the tool:
- Ensure the stability and availability of the services/tools for IAM scope
- Ensure to operate the services in compliance with the security rules
- Communicate on incidents
3) Participate to reduce the online support activity by:
- Enhancing the existing documentation, writing, recording or presenting tutorials
- Identifying automation of recurrent tasks
- Promoting the self-service
4) Spread the knowledge:
- Liaise with teams in Bangalore and Paris
- Promote the SSO solution of the group by holding presentation sessions
Profile
Skills and Qualifications:
Must Have:
- You are graduated with a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related subject. Degree in Finance is a plus
- At least 4 years of experience, including 2 years as a developer
- Programming concept
- API
- Git
- SQL
- Experience building or assisting in building an application from start to finish
- Language(s) English
Nice To Have:
- Python or any other language,
- ELK stack,
- OpendIDConnect
- SAML2
- An interest for the security field
Soft Skills:
- Practical sense: the candidate must suggest pragmatical solutions to fit the need of the user while respecting the quality standards.
- Analysis and synthesis: be able to understand complex problems involving multiple IT teams or users.
- Organization and planning: be able to manage his working time autonomously and have a strong sense of priority
- Perseverance and result oriented
Advantages
Long term contract, 40 hrs a week, large banking environment, Montreal based. Lors of room to grow and develop skills with training and coaching.
IMPORTANT: 10 days per month at the MONTREAL office hybrid model.
