As a developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and developing algorithms and tables to meet user requirements. Your responsibilities will include finding innovative solutions, solving complex problems, estimating work, and programming, testing, and documenting systems. You will be involved in all stages of medium and high complexity projects, collaborating across various sectors, providing expert advice, meeting deadlines, and delivering status updates.

Responsibilities:

Improve and develop algorithms and tables to fulfill user needs.
Address complex problems, estimate work, and engage in programming, testing, and documenting systems.
Participate in medium and high complexity projects, working with multiple teams and ensuring timely delivery.
Write technical documentation and contribute to large systems implementation projects.
Analyze databases, debug complex systems, and gather and analyze customer needs through discussion workshops.
Provide technical guidance to coding staff, resolve simple to moderately complex issues, and review their work.
Support production systems to ensure functionality and availability.
Coordinate testing and assist testing and actuarial teams.

Must-Have Skills:

Excellent communication abilities.
Strong knowledge of insurance, particularly in Property & Casualty (P&C).
Robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
