Responsibilities
• being part of the analytics team to identify areas of opportunity of the client’s websites via social media to drive results
• Create & Analyze test experiences. Report on results and devise iterations on concepts to drive the testing strategy; be proficient in data to quickly interpret findings and provide direction to the analyst to help them be efficient and effective in their analysis.
• Work with the analytics team to build automated dashboards that help inform stakeholders
• Build a “knowledge library” and maintain program documentation
• Be the thought leader and a main point of contact for key stakeholders, playing a pivotal in the overall relationship with the clients able to quickly develop rapport with different client teams and supporting agencies to get ideas over the line
• Must be someone who can translate data into a compelling story to showcase results for day to day clients and senior stakeholders
Qualifications
• Must be proficient with Sprinklr, Tableau, as well as other social media analytics technologies
• Solid experience with on-site/app multivariate, A/B and optimization methodologies
• data analytics (SQL, Python, etc.) knowledge and skills will be optional plus
• Comfortable with analysis using session replay, heat map and voice of customer data
• Good to haves: Adobe analytics or Google analytics
