This role is part of the cross border digital demand centre that produces exceptional digital output for the US and Canadian Marketing teams always striving for continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.

As a Digital Campaign manager, this role interfaces directly with the marketers across the US, Canada and Global teams as a digital marketing expert that provides consultation and provides expert advice on how to optimize all campaigns. As the project manager for the go to market process, the campaign manager is also responsible for coordinating the resources required to meet deadlines (webmaster, email marketers, social media marketers and campaign analytics). An exceptional communicator, this role is also responsible for coordinating testing, distribution etc.

Oversee, optimize and test integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns is fundamental to the success of all of our campaigns.

For unpaid digital channels:
Responsible for and an expert in:
• Segmentation and targeting of database
• Initiating and managing campaign A/B testing and personalization
• Co-leading of US and CA database management responsibilities
• Providing oversight and expertise on best practices, SEO optimization and email and web design layout
• Marketing Automation concepts and able to provide guidance on and built email nurture programs.
• Exceptional attention to detail for Quality Assurance proofing.

Works directly with the campaign analyst to provide ongoing campaign reporting that provides results and insight based on digital metrics. Some direct analytical reporting expertise required.

• Web content creation including building new web pages and page updates
• Creation of campaign digital assets (landing pages, web forms)
• Search engine optimization using tagging/keywords
• Monitoring of sites by using web analytics and validation tools (conductor/siteimprove)

Indicate the education level, previous experience, specific knowledge, skills and abilities required to meet minimum requirements for this position.

Education Undergraduate degree or Technical degree in web development or digital marketing,
Experience 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge and skills (general and technical) Experience or high learning capability of different technical programs including Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Adobe Analytics. HTML for email, Dreamweaver/Expression or similar software, Photoshop - basic level (preferred).
Familiar with web code, HTML
Other requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training) • Excellent English speaking and writing skills,
• French bilingualism a plus
• Marketing automation software experience
• Understanding of basic web statistics
• Website User Experience expertise required.
• Collaborative – willingness to work in team environment with colleagues around the world.
• Independent – ability to generate high quality work on own and set own priorities and timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time working under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
