A multinational professional services firm is looking for strong and experienced executive assistant for the Managing Partner of Canadian Digital Solutions. With 5+ years of c-level support experience under your belt, your priority in this role will be maximizing the value of the Partner’s time by being proactive and intuitive in all administrative support matters.

We are looking for a highly organized, energetic and engaging candidate with natural professionalism and a desire for excellence. This is a 6-month contract to start, with strong possibility for permanency for the right candidate. Responsibilities will include client correspondence, inbox management, calendar management, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed.

To be considered for this role, you must have 5+ years of senior corporate support experience, ideally in a professional services setting, with impeccable command of the English language and the willingness to go above and beyond and work overtime as needed.

Advantages

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have the following:

• 8+ years of administrative support experience, with 5 years of strictly executive assistant experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, advanced Outlook is a must
• Energy and enthusiasm, driven to push business forward and be a strong asset to the team
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills, able to multitask both yours and the executives schedule
• Proficiency in social media or digital marketing is a strong asset
• Ability to start ASAP
