    Are you a Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in paid advertising, email campaigns, and website management? Are you excited by the prospect of developing and executing a variety of internal and external digital and print initiatives while also contributing to overall marketing strategy? Do you have a strong customer service orientation and a hunger to join an internationally-recognized real estate brokerage that has ambitious, national growth plans and lots of opportunity to grow your own career?

    We're seeking a collaborative, creative, flexible self-starter for a largely in-office role on the eastern border of Etobicoke (Bloor & Royal York) with the potential for flex hours and/or one day per week at home. With five offices in the GTA and more than 160 Realtors, you'll be working with an internationally recognized brand that has a boutique orientation, despite being the largest residential real estate brokerage in North America.


    In this role you'll update agent websites, content and print marketing initiatives while also creating and maintaining templated listing presentations, guidebooks, social media graphics and market report infographics. You'll also work directly with a communications team to develop all internal and corporate communications collateral. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and the VP of Communications, with support from a marketing coordinator and intern.

    Previous real estate experience is *NOT* required for this position.

    Responsibilities
    - Work with VP of Communications to direct and drive overall marketing strategies including leading regular marketing strategy meetings & check-ins with leadership team
    - Collaboration on and execution of brokerage content calendars and supplementary materials for the brokerage and agents across all marketing and social media channels
    - Work with communications team to develop new ideas for presenting market research data, brokerage news, and listings information to clients across marketing & social media channels
    - Act as the direct report for marketing coordinator and intern
    - Production of marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, social media, advertisements, direct mail and email releases, newsletters, etc)
    - Creation and management of (templated) agent and brokerage websites
    - Management of agent email campaigns
    - Management and day-to-day go-to for all agent related CRM setup and inquiries
    - Training agents in digital ad set-up and management (Google, FB, IG, YouTube, etc.)
    - Creation, execution and optimization of brokerage digital advertising
    - Actively seek new storytelling opportunities and provide input on new ways to improve engagement and growth
    - Collaborate to identify and champion new opportunities to elevate our external story
    - Continual audit of Marketing department offerings ensuring consistency and scalability
    - Occasional social media support of events
    - Managing marketing assets including guidebooks and websites, running targeted email campaigns, executing ad campaigns on Google and Facebook.

    Qualifications
    - Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset
    - Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable on the phone/virtual meet environment
    - Website management experience using WordPress (familiarity with Elementor is an asset)
    - Experience setting up, optimizing and running FB, Instagram and Google ads
    - Experience working with CRMs (familiarity with Chime is an asset) and email workflows
    - Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Suite
    - Comfortable with organizing small presentations both in person and virtually for agent training and program rollouts
    - Basic videography & editing skills would be an asset
    - Understanding of DNS & Name Servers would be an asset
    - Previous people management experience would be an asset
