Responsibilities
SEM
1.Manage day-to-day SEM campaigns to drive qualified traffic and leads to dealer network
2.Review campaign results and extract insights in order to improve search marketing performance
3.Assist in analyzing new trends and developing creatives to increase CTR on ad
4.Develop and implement new strategies to reach online advertising goals and deliver on established KPIs
5.Continually evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness; engage in ongoing competitive analysis
6.Monitor campaign performance and budget, delivering progress and insight reports on a regular basis to the marketing team
7.Develop paid search copy for ads, landing pages, and other web elements
8.Research, create, and test keywords, descriptions, bidding strategies, ads, landing page content, URLs, & others to maximize lead results & quality of leads and traffic
9.Follow latest SEM/standards and industry trends to ensure optimal performance
Social Media
1.Work with our agency partners to manage all social media channels including, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram
2.Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
3.Manage, develop and strategize online content production and scheduling
4.Work with the PR Manager re crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
5.Generate, edit, publish & share content (original text, images, video, & HTML)
6.Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging
7.Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles
8.Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies
9.Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar
10.Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
11.Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, consistency of messaging, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
Digital Display Advertising
1.Develop and execute all digital display advertising campaigns
2.Measure and report performance of digital display advertising campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s)
3.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
4.Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
5.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
6.Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
7.Own and maintain metrics and campaign reporting
Website Management:
-Management of corporate website, updating content and ensuring content is current. This includes but is not limited to: model updates, monthly incentives, yearly model loads, etc.
-Respond to dealer requests as required.
-Manage development and new functionality.
-Monitor web tracking data, make recommendations to improve and enhance sites.
-Report weekly analytics for web properties.
e-Commerce
1.Coordinate efforts with sales and agency partners to provide support to merchandising requirements and website management as it relates to website content development
CRM
1.Oversee the day-to-day development, execution and analysis of CRM campaigns, including strategy, management and communication, segmentation, triggered messaging and performance analysis for all communication channels ie; email, push notifications
2.Project management - draft internal communications, including project briefs, create and maintain detailed project timelines for planned initiatives; manage communication to key project stakeholders
3.Manage email operations and strategy, coordinate with agency to ensure that emails are aligned with overall campaign and executed on time
4.Oversee the overall health of the database including refreshes, scrubs/cleansing and refine processes to ensure scalability and identify opportunities for automation
5.Monitor competitor CRM and Loyalty programs, testing and adopting best practices to continuously improve program
6.Manage marketing messaging on our company portal
7.Ensure provincial and federal compliance with CASL legislation.

Qualifications
TYPICAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PROFILE:
•5+ years experience managing multiple paid-search (PPC) campaigns and digital marketing
•Advanced experience using Google Analytics, Google Adwords,

•Landing page testing experience (A/B)
•Proven track record of developing strategy & executing top-notch SEM campaigns

•Bilingual (French) an asset
