Your Mission:
As part of the growing great company digital program and in collaboration with the customer journey owner, you will deliver digital solutions, in the form of rapid resolution of delivery issues in line with the stated business case. You will be involved throughout the end to end design, development and operationalization cycle.

As a Digital Product Manager, you will:
• Provide guidance and support to the journey owner during the research and design phases
• Define the end to end supporting product strategy
• Liaise with internal and external journey contributors
• Translate the design requirements in actionable plan and technical requirements
• Define the backlog dependencies with technical leaders, internal services and vendors,
• Communicate the user Stories value and priorities across the team,
• Drive the development backlog together with the Scrum Master and organizational technology teams, helping ensure the vision is achieved as rapidly as possible
• Prepare the operationalization and adoption with the training centers and central teams.
• Lead user testing
• Resolve delivery constraints according to the business objectives
• Control the budget expenditure.
• Ensure synergy with the other parallel journey definition and progress
• Define, govern & report success indicators
• Coach the future Journey Owner on the Agile development principles

As our ideal candidate you will also have:
• Bachelor’s degree or a professional certification
• 8-12 years’ experience in a related position
• Demonstrated strong influential and collaborative leadership toward a strategic change management and in collaboration with the global leadership and digital accelerator organization.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results while working in cross-functional environment
• Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles with strong digital and technical skills
• Comfortable challenging the status quo and questioning existing practices
• Action-oriented and ‘can do’ attitude
• Up to 25% travelling worldwide.
• Cumulate over 5-10 years of product or program management responsibilities in highly technical and global industry
• Proficiency in English and French both verbally and written

You must be eligible to meet the requirements of Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), American International Trade in Arms Regulation (ITAR) and Canadian government security clearance to secret level with NATO access.
