- Provide vision and direction to the technology documentation, while demonstrating a passion for digital product and customer experience; specifically, B2B integration, development, and innovation
- Research, write, edit, and improve the content within multiple help centers. You will work on help articles, release notes, and known issue reports for multiple digital products.
- Communicate new or updated features and known issues to a variety of stakeholders (clients and support agents)
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base for our associates and clients.
- Make Open Banking language easy for clients and stakeholders to understand.
- Ensure a consistent voice and tone are used across the product development document.
- Work closely with your colleagues, including product management, development, UI/UX, to define and measure success. You will be responsible for ensuring the resulting content meets requirements and is ready for publication.
- Participate in and present at cross-team critiques and brainstorming sessions to give and receive feedback.
- Organizing materials and content library to deliver an exceptional customer experience and encourage self-service.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional technical writing, content strategy, editorial, or copywriting experience for digital products
- Adept at simplifying and communicating complex ideas to broad audiences
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Experience working with HTML and CSS
- Jira
- Skilled at prioritizing work and managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
Skills:
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Intimate knowledge of industry standard
- You have a strong customer-focus and understand the importance of translating technical information into easy-to-read content with actionable steps for integration
