Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to corporate service departments, offering strategic HR guidance in talent acquisition, management, and employee relations.
DEI Leadership: Drive the firm’s DEI strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Oversee Employee Resource Groups and develop DEI communications.
Employee Experience: Design and implement HR programs that enhance the employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, offering guidance on coaching and career development.
Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, including restructures and strategic HR programs.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the recruitment of high-performing talent and ensure an excellent onboarding experience.
Policy Development: Create and maintain HR policies that align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with employment standards.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial and Organizational Development, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in human resources, preferably within the financial services sector.
Leadership: Proven ability to work with senior leadership and demonstrate influential leadership skills.
DEI Expertise: Knowledge of best practices in diversity and inclusion, with experience leading DEI initiatives.
Employee Engagement: Strong understanding of employee experience and engagement best practices.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
Team Leadership: Proven ability to develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
