Responsibilities
In this Director of HR role in Vaughan, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Foster strategic partnerships with corporate leaders to enhance business performance through HR initiatives.
- Drive talent management strategies, including coaching, development, succession planning, and talent acquisition.
- Ensure effective talent acquisition strategies and maintain full staffing with support from the Talent HR Center of Excellence.
- Spearhead all aspects of labor relations, including strategy development, union negotiations, grievance resolution, and legal compliance, to align with organizational objectives and maintain positive relations.
- Lead investigations, advise on employee relations, and oversee a high-performing HR team focused on continuous improvement and legal compliance.
Qualifications
In this Director of HR role in Vaughan, you need the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience working as an HR personnel.
- 2+ years of experience in a multi-site HR management role
