Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the company vision, objectives. products, services, partners, and value proposition.
- Build the customer journey to support campaigns and continue building trust in our brand
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy to exceed growth targets, rapidly expand the customer base and promote the company brand. Present data-driven growth plans with proposals that outline investment and business outcomes and design marketing KPIs to manage performance and efficiency
- Focus on customer advocacy & marketing and develop strategies focused on existing customers to drive retention and expansion
- Strategize product proposition, launch strategy, market research, roll out plan, awareness, and lead generation
- Partner with Business Leaders and stakeholders for campaign rollouts, product launches, promos, and events
- Lead generation through different methods, lead analysis, monitoring, automation, and reporting
- Oversea the Marketing Team to achieve top performance, develop individual skills, remove roadblocks, prioritize tasks, and consult as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications
• 8 + years in a senior marketing managerial role
• University degree in Marketing or Business
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Adept in current and emerging marketing and communications technologies
• Demonstrate sound judgement and excellent research and analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial, strategic, and financially astute, the Marketing Director must be able to manage a substantial
budget while engaging and motivating a dedicated team and external consultants.
