Randstad is thrilled to support an amazing client, located in Brant County (Southwestern Ontario), in their search for a Director of Operations. This individual needs to be a valid Mechanical P.Eng in the province of Ontario, and have an extensive background in the design and manufacturing of complete industrial equipment systems. The person needed, will be process driven, organized, well-versed in policy creation and development, and serve as a mentor and leader to a small team across multiple facilities. -P. Eng a must. Mechanical
-Experience leading engineering teams
-Proficiency with SolidWorks
-5 years experience in design
-Demonstrated team building experience
-Excellent communication skills
