Director of Sales - Flooring Industry
Ontario & Quebec

Our client, a leader in the import and distribution of natural stone, counter top and landscape stone is currently looking for a Director of Sales for the Ontario & Quebec region.

Responsibilities:
• Create, develop, implement sales strategy for the sales team in Ontario & Quebec
• Hire, mentor, coach and discipline a team of 4 Sales Representatives
• Key account management of accounts that have $500,000 in revenue or above annually
• Shadow sales team on client meetings to providing in the moment coaching and uncover further business development opportunities

Qualifications
• At least 5 years experience as Sales Director within the flooring industry (lumber, carpet, laminate, tile); specifically in the retail channel
• Prior experience managing sales team across multiple regions
• Solid track record of sales leadership results
• Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred
• Bilingual in French is an asset
