Working days: Monday - Friday
Hours of operation: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
As a Director, Strategy Corporate Real Estate, your responsibilities will be:
•Reporting on Toronto/Canada CRE capital projects.
•Providing oversight and strategic leadership in the management of company’s Canadian corporate real estate portfolio to ensure Portfolio Optimization and Expense Efficiency.
•Working with CRE key stakeholders to develop and mobilize a roadmap and plan for Company’s footprint that is aligned to workforce and business strategies globally.
•Maintaining up-to-date industry/market information on CRE best practices.
•Providing strategic & financial analysis and thought leadership to inform Business Unit decision-making.
•Being accountable to Real Estate Leadership team as the key point of contact for major capital project reporting for Toronto/Canada.
•Working in partnership with Regional Leadership (Facility Directors, Property Directors), and other functions as needed to deliver holistic CRE strategies and solutions.
Qualifications
•University or college degree required, MBA an asset
•Minimum 10+ years in real estate strategy, with progressing responsibility
•Strong analytical skills with a focus on corporate real estate strategies
•An understanding of the latest trends in workplace strategies and corporate real estate
•Practical working knowledge of CRE financial terms and principles
•Excellent analytical and thought leadership capabilities
•Excellent organizational skills
•Excellent communication & presentation skills (both written and verbal)
•Excellent ability for teamwork, and engaging stakeholders
