Responsibilities
- Daily dispatcher of drivers
- Coordinate pick-ups and drop offs
- Customer service duties
- Communicate with clients and drivers to ensure work is completed in a timely manner
- Providing clients with ETAs/ETDs
- Working closely with Office Manager
Qualifications
- 1-2 Years of Dispatch or related position
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Autonomy and sense of priorities
- Comfortable working with a telephone and computer system
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good command of oral English
