    Do you have dispatch experience or are you comfortable multitasking? Are you located on the North Shore of Montreal and looking for a hybrid job that allows you flexibility? Are you passionate about communication and teamwork?

    We have the perfect position for you!

    Position: Dispatcher
    Schedule: Monday to Friday (start and end times can be flexible)
    Training: This is 100% classroom training and then 2 days a week at home.
    Salary: 45000 - 50000$ according to experience
    Start date: As soon as possible

    Responsibilities
    As a Dispatch Agent, you will be responsible for:

    Track service calls in order of priority;
    Take calls for installations and repairs;
    Ensure records are properly documented and information is accurate;
    Provide quality service to customers while adhering to company policies and procedures;
    Report on service calls performed.
    Entry of invoices

    Qualifications
    For this position, you must:

    Be bilingual; good verbal and written communication in French and English
    Good stress management and excellent organizational skills
    Knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
