Advantages
- Permanent full time position
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm
- Occasional on-call on weekends/evenings (on rotation)
- Work from home opportunity after training (6-8 weeks in office training)
- Full work from home setup provided (phone, laptop)
- Salary: 50k to 55k per year (negotiable depending on experience)
- Company covers 100% of insurance (equivalates up to 4-5k saved a year)
- 2 weeks vacation + 5 days of PTO/sick days

Responsibilities
- Receive, respond to, and prepare client work orders (phones, emails, web)
- Plan/schedule/dispatch/coordinate/negotiate rates for over dimensional transportation as well as route surveys for all North American customers according to the Canadian provincial and U.S. state regulations (will be trained) as well customer’s requirements per request
- Continuous follow up on open orders to coordinate the services and schedules required for every stage of the customer’s order to ensure the entire job is done in a timely and efficient manner.
- Confer with customers and/or supervising personnel to keep them informed, proactively address situational requirements, and resolve problems.
- Monitor, adapt and react accordingly to evolving situations.
- Ensure all orders are up to date with required information (notes, rates, info, etc.)
- Enter & request updated credentials from vendors to ensure required conformity
- Take part in an on-call rotation to ensure after-hours requests are fulfilled
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times
Qualifications
- Must be reliable, hard working and have the willingness to learn
- Previous experience working in a Third-Party Logistics industry is considered an assett
- Great customer service skills
- Strong organizational, attention to detail and sense of urgency is required for this role
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests at once
- English with an advance French is required
