Manage service calls and dispatch the mechanic-technician depending on the nature of the call and location.
Manage the schedule of road technicians/mechanics
Communicate with customers when service calls are received;
Manage part deadlines
Search for parts in the system
Order parts
Close all service call work orders
Manage regular maintenance schedules for rental equipment
Manage the training schedule for technicians and mechanics
Manage annual inspections to be up to date on rental equipment
Finalize customer files, reports through to invoicing
Other related tasks
Qualifications:
Bilingualism both oral and written
Good command of computer systems
Experience in a similar position
Experience in the field of construction, mechanics, hydraulics (great asset)..
Initiative, autonomous, sense of organization, sense of urgency and team spirit
