They are looking for a Dispatch Supervisor to join their team in Mississauga.
Location: Mississauga
Work Hours: 11 am-7:30 pm (Slight flexibility with schedule)
Emergency afterhours correspondence may be required but not often anticipated
Salary: $68K-$78K

Responsibilities
Ensure employees have clear goals and expectations
Address issues and escalations from Team Leads
Operational activities including scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, delegating work
Ensuring all employees compy with company policies, procedures, an ethical standards
Evaluating employee performance and offering feedback, coaching and evaluations
Determine staffing requirements for the dispatch department
Hiring, training, and performance appraisals
Scheduling staff during peak hours
Provide recommendations to upper leadership for process improvements
Qualifications
3-5 Years of supervisory experience
Experience leading teams
Must be open to working extra hours or outside of regular working hours
Ontario secondary school diploma required
Post-secondary education completed required
Must be comfortable working statutory holidays
Must have a valid driver's license
