Responsibilities
- Coordination and optimizing delivery schedules
- Scheduling pick-up and delivery appointments for drivers
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
- Updating customer web portables with up-to-date information on deliveries
- Responding to email and phone for freight requests
- Ensure all billing and driver information is accurate
Qualifications
- Solid communication skills verbal and written English & French
- Minimum of one year experience in the transportation(trucking/dispatching) industry.
- Knowledge of FTL, LTL and reefers are an asset
- Self-motivated, assertive with the ability to function independently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
