Dispatcher - Brossard

Advantages
- Daytime (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
- Monday to Friday with rotation every other weekend (1 weekend out of 2) option
- 45k to 55k depending on experience
- 4 weeks vacation per year
- Possibility of advancement

Responsibilities
- Answering calls
- Dispatching drivers
- Planning and execution of transport movements
- Communicate with drivers
- Resolve customer and customer service group calls and respond accordingly
- Fast, efficient shipping to guarantee quality service
- Other related duties

Qualifications
- Good spoken and written French with functional English
- 1 to 3 years experience in the field
- Good job stability
- Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be cheerful, respectful, punctual and loyal
