    Job Title: Dispatcher

    Our client in the Transport Industry is looking to add a Dispatcher to their team in Dorval. Do you have experience in freight forwarding? Do you have experience in logistics? Are you looking to join an ever growing company in Dorval?

    Advantages
    Permanent full time position Monday-Friday
    45 hour work week
    Starting at 6 am or 830 am (9 hour shift daily)
    Salary ranges from 50-65k depending on experience
    Insurances paid 100% by employer
    2 weeks vacation (possibility of more)
    5 sick days
    5 personal days

    Responsibilities
    -tracing drivers
    -contact customer service team for any issues
    -reporting to a planner
    -print drivers itinerary
    -create daily trips, attach orders for each driver in the system
    -planning the following day (availability of drivers)
    -monitoring day to day emails
    -updating clients on delivery status, return status

    Qualifications
    College Diploma, preferable related to administration or supply chain management an asset.
    Open to taking junior candidates and train fully
    Bilingual in English and French.
    Minimum 1-year work experience in related field.
    Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    Mechanical knowledge an asset.
    Knowledge of dispatch software.
    Customer Service oriented and personable.
    Organized and reliable.
