Responsibilities
- Shipping
- Dispatching (handling route driver)
- Tracking driver
- Create tracing for the drivers
- Tracing driver
- Customer service
- Following email
- Create, modify, and distribute reports to internally and externally.
- Schedule and communicate appointments with customers accurately.
- Correctly gather, input, modify, and relay bill of lading, load, and container information.
- Assist with the creation of orders and updating their content accordingly
- Ensure data is entered properly and accurately in the system and communicated precisely and promptly to our clients
- Check and approve invoices making sure rates and all other information is entered correctly
- Complete daily dispatch duties
- Track and assist drivers with problems or emergencies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be bilingual
- Experience in dispatching is required (2 years)
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is required
- Well organized people
- Good communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Good working under pressure
