Responsibilities
- Oversee 8 Branch Locations (around the Ottawa area)
- Manage a team of 20-25 staff
Operations
-Visit the stores (non retail) to ensure proper appearance and environment
- Establish and maintain proper operational procedures (working closely with Senior Branch Manager)
- Ensure proper operations of each location
- Coordinate regular trainings for onsite staff
Administration
-Manage service contracts
- Budget reviews to ensure the location are profitable
- Product metric sales analysis
HR
- Manage and supervise the daily activity
- Onboard new employees
- Conduct interviews, for surest and future staffing requirements
- Take disciplinary action when needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role ( a Manager from Walmart, Giant Tiger, Retail establishment etc.)
- Operations experience
- A strong sense of organization
- Top notch time management skills
- Must own a vehicle to travel to each site ( around the Ottawa area0
- Must be able to run act and operate like this is your own business
