Responsibilities
As a Divisional Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of the divisional accounting team
- Developing and presenting financial statements, management reports, and profitability analysis
- Developing and monitoring financial budgets and forecasts
- Assisting the VP of finance on ad hoc mandates and company growth and development projects
- Providing financial analysis, advice, and recommendations to senior management and other divisions
- Managing internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies
- Supervising and training the team to help them grow
Qualifications
For this Divisional Controller role, we are looking for someone who has the following qualifications:
- CPA or equivalent education
- Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in public accounting and corporate, including at least 2 years in supervision
- Essential bilingualism
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Curiosity and initiative
