Responsibilities
Coordinate the distribution of incoming mail and faxes for Wealth Management teams on schedule
Collaborates closely with other administrative areas regarding cross-team documents
Process returned mail
Assist in the processing of non-financial documents, when necessary
Provide support for small projects, when needed
Manage the team's shared mailbox
Distribute statements and check withdrawal requests to team members
Prepare transaction authorization documents for the Customer Service Center
Manage the workflow in the new imaging system (extensive computer knowledge required)
Qualifications
Possess excellent organizational skills
Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail
Demonstrate a willingness to learn to master the Shareholder Accounting System (SAS) and Investment Center platforms
Have experience with the On Base system (imaging system), an asset
Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate good interpersonal and team building skills
Have an excellent sense of organization and know how to manage your time well; be able to manage multiple ongoing initiatives and meet deadlines
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Be bilingual (French and English)
