    Randstad Canada is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for one of our renowned clients in the document storage field.

    Location:
    300 Berge du Canal, Porte 10
    * This location is accessible via transit and also has free parking available.

    We are hiring for the following shift:
    * Mondays - Fridays: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

    The starting wage for this role is $19.37/hr.

    Responsibilities
    - using an RF scanner in a warehouse
    - collecting cartons of documents to be digitized
    - Open envelopes
    - Prepare documents for high speed scanning such as unfold creases, repair tears, removes staples/paper clips
    - Apply Stamps as needed
    - Accountable for the accuracy of each document sort and ability to meet production speed targets
    - Adhere to the Imaging Center guidelines of maintaining clean work environment

    Qualifications
    Proficiency in reading, writing and communicating in English
    Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and management
    Must be able to understand the importance of detail and accuracy
    Ability to work a a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work
    Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
    Ability to manage workload to meet deadlines as incoming volume shifts

    * The Priority is for Candidates with Reliability Clearance/Secret Clearance. However, everyone can apply and start the clearance process when selected


    Summary
    Eligible candidates must be comfortable to have a criminal background check completed to complete additional security clearances (Reliability Clearance).
