We are actively looking for a Documentation and Digitization Specialist to join a dynamic and structured team. This position begins as a temporary mandate with strong possibilities for quick permanence.
Advantages
Salary: $23.50 / hour
Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Status: Temporary mandate with a rapid permanent transition option
Responsibilities
Digitization and Indexing: Take charge of scanning large volumes of documents, ensuring their digital conversion, and accurately indexing them within our document management systems (DMS).
Quality Control and Layout: Review the visual and textual compliance of digitized documents. Your layout skills will be put to use to standardize document structures and ensure flawless rendering.
Drafting and Editing Support: Assist in drafting, proofreading, and updating internal procedures, technical sheets, or archiving guidelines.
International Collaboration: Ensure the management, sharing, and integrity of documents in close collaboration with our various branches located outside of Canada.
Qualifications
Education or Experience: Relevant experience or training in archiving, information management, office automation, or administrative assistance.
Essential Bilingualism: Fluent proficiency in both French and English is required, as you will interact daily with our international partners and branches.
Precision Mindset: You possess exemplary thoroughness. For you, a misfiled document, a typo, or a misaligned layout is simply not an option!
Editorial Skills: Excellent writing skills and a strong interest in professional document layout (mastery of MS Office / Adobe suite is a major asset).
