    Job Title: OS&D Clerk (Overages, Shortages and Damages)
    Location: Pointe-Claire

    Our client in the transportation industry is looking to add members to their team.
    Do you have strong attention to detail? Are you organized? Then this role is for you.

    The OS&D clerk is in charged of documenting any Overages (quantities received are in excess of that noted on the shipping documentation), Shortages (less quantities received than reported) and the Damages (products received damaged).

    Advantages
    Permanent full time position
    40 hour work week
    Monday-Friday 730 am to 430 pm
    Salary depending on experience 19-20$/hr
    10% of profit sharing paid every March
    Medical/Dental/Vision insurances after probations period
    RSP program, match up to 5%
    Room for growth
    Reimbursement for steal toe boots

    Responsibilities
    - Data entry of overages, shortages and damages
    - Review of documents regarding orders and ensuring accuracy, documenting any problems
    - Verifying all orders at the dock
    - Produce and report different types of documents and reports
    - Administrative support when required
    - Assist in warehouse when required

    Qualifications
    - Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
    - Great organizational skills
    - 1 year experience in a transport, warehouse or logistics industry (asset)
    - Safety boots required
    - English with a functional French or French with a functional english
