The production department is currently looking for candidates interested in the position of DOCUMENTATION COORDINATOR!
The Documentation Coordinator is primarily responsible for the execution and support of process and packaging validation studies

Responsibilities
At KDC/One, the Documentation Coordinator will:
-Oversee the production of new products with a daily review of the production schedule;
-Keep the validation file up to date;
-Manage documents (filing of protocols, reports and photos);
-Write process and packaging validation protocols;
-Enter data tables and entries from validation studies;
-Write deviations related to validation studies;
-Work with customers for corrections and approvals of validation protocols, equivalency documents and validation reports;
-Liaise between departments (communication officer);
-Support the validation agent teams (provide documents for validation, answer questions, training on validation procedures);
-Work in close collaboration with the different departments and inform them of all problems and/or questions related to validation;
-Perform any other duties as requested by the Process Validation and Packaging Coordinator;
-Adhere to safe laboratory practices, policies and procedures in work activities;
-Be available to work flexible hours as required;
Qualifications
What the Documentation Coordinator should have:
-DES and/or relevant experience ;
-5 years experience in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry;
-Knowledge of good manufacturing practices;
-Knowledge of government regulations (FDA, Health Canada, etc.);
-Bilingualism in written and spoken English and French;
Qualities that the Documentation Coordinator must possess:
- Autonomy ;
- Thoroughness;
- Computer skills; Good interpersonal skills
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
