Responsibilities
- Data entry through Raiser's Edge
- Process donations daily, including cash, check, credit card and stock
- Produce and mail all new donor welcome packages
- Routinely optimize data records to eliminate duplicate records, reconcile data, and maintain database integrity and accuracy
- Work with Finance Manager to reconcile monthly and annual contributions and prepare an audit report
- Prepare for processing cash/check deposits to the finance department
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Raiser's Edge is an asset
- Tech-savvy and open to learning new software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience working for a charitable organization is an asset
