You would be responsible for the safe, efficient preparation, packaging, and storage of finished products. This includes troubleshooting any operational issues, making necessary adjustments, and coordinating resources as needed.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8 or 12-hour shifts. Overtime as required (anything over 44 hours a week)
Wage: $25/hr
Physical Demands: Physical ability to lift up to 50lb.
Environment: Required to wear safety equipment (e.g., steel-toed boots, coveralls, full face respirator, SCBA, safety glasses/goggles, etc.). May involve high temperatures in summer months.
Safety: Hazards associated with a variety of chemicals are used in the facility; WHMIS training is provided by the company.

Responsibilities
- Adding bagged, drum, and tote raw materials into the reactor for the manufacturing of finished products.
- Preparing packaging materials for the designated and following shifts, including ensuring appropriate labels are correctly used and adhered.
- Ensuring the product is properly cleaned and stored in a safe, consistent manner. Communicating with the shipping and receiving team for correct, clean storage locations.
- Taking samples of all finished products and delivering them to the appropriate location.
- Providing timely feedback to the supervisor on any issues that arise. Correctly marking, handling, and disposing of damaged product.
- Participating in training, cross-training, and improvement initiatives, including health, safety, and quality programs.
- Being an active leader in all Safe Work Practices, adhering to all workplace safety policies, and participating in weekly toolbox talks.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
No previous experience required—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training!
Highly punctual for shift change.
Strong work ethic.
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Able to work well under pressure.
Class 5 license.
Forklift experience is welcomed.
