Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all drivers (~20-25)
- Ensure all drivers and trucks follow regulations
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with the hours of service, ELD's etc.
- Record keeping of all driver data management and truck maintenance
- Verification of all truck documents and permits, ensure all are current/up to date
- Responsible for investigation of all accidents
- Complete drivers logbooks
- Handle all fuel documents/invoices
- Assist with onboarding new drivers and driver recruitment
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role specifically for a trucking company
- Strong computer skills
- Attentive and strong attention to detail
- Great problem solving skills
- Posses leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, English or French
