    Responsibilities
    What will you be doing?

    - Direct, lead, coach and mentor the maintenance staff
    - Schedule and supervise major equipment repairs
    - Liaise with external contractors and governing bodies
    - Assist in maintaining equipment to minimize downtime
    - Contribute to measurable improvements in scheduled, unscheduled and break down maintenance related to down time and the costs associated with these events to contribute to cost per case
    - Other responsibilities as assigned by upper management

    Qualifications
    Who are we looking for?

    - Dual Ticket 443A Millwright / 442A Electrician with supervisory experience
    - Supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment is a huge asset
    - Industrial maintenance experience including relevant regulations, standards and codes
    - Ability to read and understand complex diagrams
    - A passion for process improvement
    - Ability to use computer programs for data entry and analysis
    - Thorough understanding of maintenance practices; including piping diagrams and mechanical drawings
    - Self starter able to work effectively with minimal supervision
